Jerome Timbrell, Managing Director
Jerome has a passion for customer service. It’s this focus on the customer that has resulted in the exponential growth of the business.
He has a degree in Economics and Applied Statistics from Leicester University, and has had a varied career in international logistics and construction plant prior to purchasing C2 Safety in 2007.
He is a keen runner and is always looking for the next challenge.
Mark Twist, Safety Advisor Manager
Following military service, Mark joined us initially as a Safety Advisor and excelled in the position. With his wide-ranging knowledge of the C2 business and his leadership and management experience from the Royal Navy, he has made managing the team of Advisors his own.
In his spare time, he likes watching Yeovil Town FC try and come first in the two horse football race!
Alex Hadlington, Safety Advisor
Alex has been a member of the C2 team since 2017. He has a Nebosh National Diploma and has completed many recognised qualifications covering health and safety risk management.
He is a valuable asset to the team and is excellent at building customer relationships. His core values are to be as helpful and approachable at all times.
Outside of work he is a keen guitarist and is the proud owner of an impressive collection of both acoustic and electric guitars.
Laura Thompson, Safety Advisor
Laura has been part of the C2 Safety team for 5 years.
She enjoys meeting new people and getting to know the faces behind a business. She builds good relationships with her customers, learning the intricacies of their business. Like the other members of her team, LAura is encouraged to complete charity work and provides complementary support to 3 charities.
A jack of all trades, Laura helps many different businesses from a wide range of industries. This means that the advice she gives is never the same.
Doug Blackie, Safety Advisor
Doug has been part of the C2 Safety team for a whopping 9 years!
He has a big interest in how things are built and manufactured so it is no surprise that most of his customers belong to the manufacturing and engineering industry.
His favourite part of his being able to work with and meet a variety of people from different backgrounds. Doug also has a young family so he believes it is very important to maintain a healthy work/life balance.

Pete has a knack for rapidly identifying the underlying causes for incidents.
This not only makes him an extremely proficient Safety Advisor but also an engaging and thorough trainer on all matters Health and Safety.
